The contrast between this morning's dressy-up styles couldn't be any greater, but both are firm favourites in my wardrobe. I LOVE these little strappy T-bar heels from George at Asda, so simple but really nice to wear and they go with anything. I love to wear them with a short skirt or mini-dress, they look so girly.
Then there's the thigh boots! totally opposite, but SO, SO sexy to wear! The feel of the soft, warm leather as I pull them on right up to my thighs is wonderful, and in this weather, so comfy!( God, I'll be buying fluffy slippers, and a hot water bottle, next! Mmmm, fluffy slippers..........)
Anyway, I tried them this morning to celebrate October, and the approach of Halloween. Teamed with the fishnets and the ragged-hem 'witches dress', all I need to scare the neighbours' kids is a black pointed hat and the balls to answer the door dressed like that. It would give them something to talk about in the village pub. though.
